Zug, 09. January 2020 – With the launch of Tezos Israel, the Tezos Foundation is delighted to announce a new addition to the rapidly expanding Tezos community. Tezos Israel is an entity and Innovation Lab supported by the Foundation with a mission to educate, train, and grow the Tezos ecosystem in Israel.

Two-factor authentication is quickly becoming more prevalent in modern digital security. With the excitement of opening brand new devices around the holidays, it can be easy to forget how much we rely on our smartphones, tablets, and laptops to protect our data.

As we near the end of 2019, we thought that, in place of our usual weekly update, we could take some time this week to highlight all that happened this year and how far this community has come.

Dear Tezos community,

In late 2018, we announced that we committed funding to train 1,000 new developers to build on Tezos. Today, we are proud to share that we have reached that goal. Specifically, a recent analysis found that 1,338 developers have completed, or are in the midst of completing, a Tezos training course. We are incredibly excited to welcome these developers into the fold and look forward to seeing what they build on Tezos in 2020 and beyond.
